Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently deliver to the UK mainland. 
International shipping: not available yet, but will be opening it up internationally in the future.

Dispatch time. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email, and tracking where available.

Delivery methods & times.

• Standard frames & smaller items — sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch).
• Large/oversized frames (e.g. 50x70, 46x61, 50x50 and jersey frames) — sent via a suitable tracked courier, as they exceed Royal Mail's size limits. Estimated 2–4 working days.

Delivery cost. Delivery is calculated by size/weight and shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery for orders over £100

Damaged or lost parcels. If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, contact us at info@framesandpictures.co.uk within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
