This website, framesandpictures.co.uk, is operated by High Life Leisure Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 08102405), registered office Egdon Hall Lynch Lane, Weymouth, DT4 9EU, Dorset, GB. VAT no. 2. These terms

By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering. We may update them from time to time; the version that applies is the one in force when you place your order.

3. Ordering and our contract with you

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch email.
  • If we can't fulfil an order (e.g. an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error), we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or a genuine pricing/description error).

4. Products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight variations in colour, finish, grain and size can occur, and screens can display colours differently. Frame sizes are as stated on each product page.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in £ GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown at checkout
  • We take payment at the time of order via our secure payment providers.
  • If a product's correct price is clearly different from the price shown (an obvious error), we don't have to supply it at the wrong price.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery methods, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and in our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and to return items for a refund. We offer returns for 30 days. Full details, including how to return an item, who pays return postage, the returns address and any exclusions (e.g. bespoke/personalised items), are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described.

8. Your use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Accounts and passwords are your responsibility.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs, the "Frames and Pictures" brand) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses (these terms are for consumers using the site personally). Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
